STIBOL STUDIO DASHBOARD

Stibol Studio Dashboard is a private operational tool used by authorized Stibol Music staff to review lesson schedules, instructor assignments, room plans, and daily lesson totals.

This public page explains the application. It does not provide access to the Dashboard, student records, staff schedules, or connected accounts. Students and families do not need to connect a Google account to this application to take lessons.

What the application does

The Dashboard brings together selected studio Google Calendar events, approved Google Sheets, and authorized Square calendar observations. Staff can compare scheduling information, review discrepancies, and check daily lesson counts. Saved readings describe scheduled lessons; they do not by themselves establish attendance, payment, or instructor compensation.

Google connections

Authorized studio administrators connect the Google services needed for their work. Calendar and schedule-sheet connections read selected scheduling information. A separate read-only Drive connection supports reviewing approved schedule screenshots. A separately authorized lesson-tracker feature can write reviewed records to the studio's designated Google Sheet when an administrator explicitly approves a posting.

A private Google Drive transfer for validated Square lesson summaries is being prepared. When enabled, it will transfer only the lesson information and verification metadata needed by the Dashboard. It will not transfer Square passwords, authentication cookies, browser profiles, or raw Square screenshots. The Square reader does not create, edit, or delete appointments.

Access and appropriate use

The operational Dashboard is restricted to authorized studio use. Visitors cannot obtain access through this page. Staff should review discrepancies and stale readings before relying on totals. Access to connected Google data can be revoked through the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete records already retained by the studio.
